At the SCCLA monthly Business Meeting we plan events, discuss/decide club matters and exchange information such as reports from club coordinators and committees. The first 15 minutes of this meeting is allocated to member applicants who want to submit applications and guests who want to share information or make requests of SCCLA.
The SCCLA currently hosts two monthly social events; a BarSchmooze and a DinnerSchmooze (munch). The purpose of these events is to socialize, introduce ourselves to newcomers, answer questions, discuss upcoming events and... you got it - schmooze. Everyone is welcome. These events are perfect for newcomers who are interested in finding out more about SCCLA, getting to know the members and visa -versa.
