Check with BDF on local organizations to donate left overs to. A $ estimate for the following: dinner $350., bar $220., invitations $??., and awards $200. There will be no event pins. Award selection is done and Dave C. has ordered plaques. Bar servers will need to sign a BDF Alcohol Policy which Wyatt has.
Gay Pride (June 11) San Jose – We currently have 3 people committed to marching. The President of the Pride committee, Andy, joined us approx 8:30 to discuss the festival situation. In a nutshell, she can only offer us 1 (maybe 2) booths, a 8 pre-entry passes and adequate space should we be able to come up with our own demo type tent. Is there a desire for any members to take this on OR be a part of Sunday Pride festival event should someone else take it on??? Andy’s email is AKRCTOWICZSJGP@YAHOO.COM
San Francisco Pride (June 26) – smO may have a booth. Again, there seems to be no commitments regarding Marching.
